Please pay in cash or credit card upon arrival. For international customers, shipping or taking your crafted piece home is generally not available. Instead, we will offer a product from Rinkurou Kiln as a substitute. For domestic customers, shipping is available after the piece has been fired, with an additional shipping fee.

※Cancellation

There is no cancellation fee, but please inform us at least two days before your reservation date.
